1. GETTING STARTED
SpoofGlobal is managed entirely through Telegram. No web dashboard, no email signup, no phone verification.
- Open @SpoofGlobal_Bot on Telegram
- Press Start — your account is created instantly
- Create a SIP account (tap Create SIP Account)
- Set your desired caller ID number
- Deposit balance using cryptocurrency
- Activate a route (CLI or No CLI)
- Configure your SIP client and start calling
Tip: The entire setup takes under 5 minutes. You can start making calls as soon as your crypto deposit confirms.
2. SIP CLIENT SETUP
You need a SIP client (softphone) to make calls. We recommend Zoiper — it's free and works on all platforms.
Zoiper Setup (Recommended)
- Download Zoiper from your app store or zoiper.com
- Open Zoiper and skip the setup wizard
- Go to Settings > Accounts > Add Account
- Enter your SIP credentials from the bot:
- Domain/Host: Server IP shown in bot
- Username: Your SIP username
- Password: Your SIP password
- Set Transport to UDP
- Save — you should see "Registered" status
Other Supported Clients
- Linphone — Free, open-source (all platforms)
- Groundwire — Premium mobile client with push notifications ($14.99)
- MicroSIP — Free, lightweight Windows client
- 3CX — Free softphone (all platforms)
- Hardware phones — Grandstream, Yealink, Polycom, Cisco
Don't want to install anything? Use our Web Dialer to call directly from your browser. See our detailed Zoiper guide or SIP client comparison for more.
3. CALLER ID
Your caller ID is the number that appears on the recipient's phone when you call. You can set it to any number you want.
Setting Your Caller ID
- In the bot, tap your SIP account
- Tap Change Caller ID
- Enter the number in international format (e.g.,
12125551234 for a US number)
- The change takes effect immediately on your next call
Tips for Caller ID
- Use international format without the + sign (e.g.,
12125551234 not +1 212 555 1234)
- You can change your caller ID as often as you want — there's no limit
- For the caller ID to display on the recipient's phone, you must use a CLI route
- No CLI routes are cheaper but the recipient may see "Unknown" instead of your number
Tip: For the best answer rates, use a local number matching the recipient's area code. People are 4x more likely to answer local calls.
4. ROUTES & PRICING
Routes determine how your call is delivered to the recipient. Each route has a rate, billing increment, and CLI/No CLI designation.
CLI vs No CLI
- CLI (Calling Line Identification) — Your chosen caller ID is displayed on the recipient's phone. Higher cost, but essential if the recipient needs to see your number.
- No CLI — Cheaper rates, but caller ID may show as "Unknown", "Private", or a random number. Good for calls where caller ID display doesn't matter.
Billing Increments
- 1/1 — Billed per second from the first second
- 6/6 — Billed in 6-second blocks (e.g., a 7-second call bills as 12 seconds)
How to Activate a Route
- In the bot, tap Change Route
- Browse available routes by country
- Each route shows: rate per minute, billing increment, CLI/No CLI
- Tap to activate — the route is applied to your SIP account immediately
Current Pricing
Rates vary by route and country. Check the bot for the latest pricing. Generally:
- USA No CLI: from $0.10/min
- USA CLI: from $0.24/min
- Canada CLI: from $0.05/min
- France CLI: from $0.10/min
- UK, Germany, and 100+ more countries available
5. DEPOSITS & BALANCE
How to Deposit
- Tap Deposit Funds in the bot
- Enter the amount in USD
- Select your cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, etc.)
- Send the exact amount to the wallet address shown
- Balance is credited automatically after network confirmations
Confirmation Times
- USDT (TRC20) — ~1 minute
- Litecoin — ~2.5 minutes
- Ethereum — ~1-5 minutes
- Bitcoin — ~10-60 minutes
Checking Balance
Tap Balance & History in the bot to see your current balance, deposit history, and call spending.
Important: Send the exact cryptocurrency amount shown. Sending less may result in the deposit not being credited. If you have issues, contact
support.
6. IP2IP MODE
IP2IP authentication lets you make calls without SIP registration. Instead of username/password, your server's IP address is whitelisted. Any SIP traffic from that IP is accepted.
When to Use IP2IP
- You have a static IP address (office, datacenter, cloud server)
- You're running a PBX (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, 3CX, VICIdial)
- You want to route outbound calls from your existing phone system
- You need multiple concurrent calls from one connection
Setup
- Create a SIP account in the bot and select IP2IP mode
- Enter your server's public IP address
- Configure your PBX to route outbound calls to SpoofGlobal's server IP
- Calls from your whitelisted IP are accepted automatically
See SIP vs IP2IP explained for a detailed comparison.
7. WEB DIALER
The SpoofGlobal Web Dialer lets you make calls directly from your browser — no SIP client or softphone needed. It uses WebRTC to connect securely to our servers. It also includes a built-in Power Dialer, call transfer, and Send-to-SIP mode.
How to Use the Web Dialer
- Go to spoofglobal.xyz/dialer
- Log in with your SIP username and password from the bot
- Select your route and country from the sidebar
- Enter the number you want to call and your desired caller ID
- Click Call — the connection is made directly in your browser
Call Transfer
During an active call, click the Transfer button to transfer the call to any of your registered SIP accounts (Zoiper, Linphone, etc). The transfer panel shows all your SIP accounts with real-time online/offline status — green dot means the device is registered and ready to receive.
Requirements
- A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave)
- Microphone access — your browser will ask for permission on the first call
- An active SIP account with balance and a route selected
Tip: The Web Dialer is ideal for quick calls when you don't want to set up a SIP client. For high-volume calling, use the
Power Dialer built right into the same interface.
8. POWER DIALER
The Power Dialer is a sequential auto-dialer built into the Web Dialer. Upload a list of numbers and it dials through them one by one, automatically skipping voicemails and moving to the next number.
Getting Started
- Open the Web Dialer and log in
- Click the headset icon in the left sidebar to open the Power Dialer
- Paste numbers into the text box (one per line) or upload a TXT/CSV file
- Choose your caller ID — Route CID, custom number, or random display
- Configure AMD and ring timeout settings
- Select your answer mode (Browser or SIP Device)
- Click Start Dialing
AMD (Answering Machine Detection)
When enabled, AMD automatically detects voicemails and answering machines. If a machine is detected, the call is marked as "VM" and the dialer moves to the next number — saving you time and only connecting you with live humans.
Ring Timeout
Set how long each number should ring before the dialer gives up and moves to the next one. Options range from 10 to 30 seconds. The default is 18 seconds, which works well for most use cases.
Answer Mode: Browser vs SIP Device
You can choose how answered calls are delivered to you:
- Answer in Browser — Calls connect directly in the Web Dialer using WebRTC. No extra setup needed.
- Send to SIP Device — When a call is answered, your Zoiper or softphone rings as an incoming call. Pick a registered SIP account from the list (green dot = online). This is ideal if you prefer using a dedicated softphone or headset.
- Send to 3CX / Transfer Number — Route answered calls directly to a 3CX extension or any external number.
P1 Campaign (Parallel Dialer)
P1 is a high-performance parallel dialing mode that dials multiple numbers at the same time. Unlike the standard Power Dialer (1 call at a time), P1 fires many calls simultaneously and connects the first person who answers to you. Perfect for high-volume outreach where speed matters.
- Set concurrent call count — dial many numbers at once
- First answered call connects instantly to your browser or SIP device
- AMD supported — machines are automatically skipped
- Play a pre-recorded audio message to answered calls (message mode)
Dispositions & Export
After each call, mark it: Connected, Voicemail, No Answer, Callback, or DNC (Do Not Call). All results are tracked in real-time and you can export the full campaign as a CSV file.
Controls
- Start — Begin dialing through the list
- Pause — Stop after the current call finishes (resume anytime)
- Stop — End the campaign entirely
Tip: For best results, use AMD with a ring timeout of 18-25 seconds. This gives enough time for real people to answer while filtering out most voicemails. Use "Send to SIP Device" mode if you want to take calls on your phone while the dialer runs in the background.
9. CALL TRANSFER
Transfer active calls from the Web Dialer to any of your registered SIP accounts — Zoiper, Linphone, Groundwire, or any softphone.
How to Transfer a Call
- During an active call in the Web Dialer, click the Transfer button
- A panel appears showing all your SIP accounts with online status
- Green dot = device is registered and online, gray = offline
- Click on an online account — the call transfers instantly
- The call appears as an incoming call on your softphone
Send to SIP Device (Power Dialer)
In the Power Dialer, you can set your answer mode to Send to SIP Device so every answered call automatically rings your chosen softphone. This lets the dialer run in your browser while you take calls on a separate device or headset.
Tip: Make sure your SIP client is registered (showing "Connected" or "Registered") before transferring. If the device is offline, the transfer will fail.
10. VOICE CHANGER
Voice Changer transforms your voice in real-time during any call using AI. Your microphone audio is transcribed by Deepgram, then re-spoken by Cartesia AI in the voice you choose — the person you're calling hears a completely different voice, not yours.
How It Works
- Your speech is transcribed in real-time using Deepgram speech-to-text
- Each phrase is instantly re-synthesized by Cartesia AI in your selected voice
- The converted audio plays into the call — the recipient hears the AI voice
- Latency is approximately 90–150ms per phrase — natural, real-time conversation
How to Use
- Go to the Web Dialer and log in
- Click the microphone icon in the top bar to open Voice Changer
- Browse the voice list and click ▶ on any voice to preview it
- Select your preferred voice and toggle the switch ON
- Make your call — your voice is converted automatically
Voice Selection
Choose from hundreds of AI voices — male, female, different accents and ages. Use the search box to filter by name. Click the play button next to any voice to hear a preview before using it on a live call.
Requirements
- Minimum $100 balance — Voice Changer requires at least $100 in your account to activate
- Works with all call types: keypad calls, Power Dialer, and P1 campaigns
- English speech only — the AI models are optimised for English
- Stable internet connection recommended for best latency
Tip: Voice Changer stays enabled across calls until you turn it off. Your selected voice and on/off state are saved automatically. You can switch voices between calls without reloading the page.

12. TROUBLESHOOTING
Call Not Connecting / "Not Found" (404)
- Check that you have an active route — calls won't go through without one
- Make sure you're dialing in international format (e.g.,
12125551234 for US)
- Verify you have sufficient balance for at least one billing block
- Check if the route is currently available in the bot
Zoiper Shows "Unregistered" or "Forbidden"
- Double-check your username and password — they're case-sensitive
- Ensure the server/domain field has the correct IP address
- Set transport to UDP (not TCP or TLS)
- Check that port is 5060
- If using IP2IP, make sure your current IP matches the whitelisted IP
Caller ID Not Showing
- Make sure you're using a CLI route — No CLI routes don't guarantee caller ID display
- Verify your caller ID is set correctly in the bot (international format, digits only)
- Some carriers may override or filter caller ID regardless — this is carrier-dependent
Call Drops After a Few Seconds
- Check your internet connection — VoIP requires stable bandwidth
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
- In Zoiper, set codec to G.711 (PCMU/PCMA) for best compatibility
- If using a VPN, try without it — VPNs add latency
"Request Timeout" (408)
- Your SIP client can't reach the server — check your internet connection
- Firewall may be blocking UDP port 5060 — ensure it's open
- Try a different network (switch WiFi/mobile data)

CLI (Calling Line Identification) routes display your chosen caller ID on the recipient's phone. No CLI routes are cheaper but may show "Unknown" or a random number. Choose CLI if the recipient needs to see your number.
What is SIP vs IP2IP?+
SIP uses username/password authentication and works from any IP address — best for mobile and personal use. IP2IP authenticates by your server's IP — no credentials needed, best for offices and PBX systems with static IPs.
Can I have multiple SIP accounts?+
Yes. You can create multiple SIP accounts under your Telegram user, each with different caller IDs and routes. Useful for different campaigns or concurrent calling.
What is the Power Dialer?+
The Power Dialer is a sequential auto-dialer built into the Web Dialer. Upload a list of numbers (paste or TXT/CSV file) and it dials through them automatically. It includes AMD (answering machine detection), configurable ring timeout, call dispositions, CSV export, and the option to receive answered calls on your Zoiper/softphone instead of the browser.
Can I transfer calls to my Zoiper?+
Yes. During any active call in the Web Dialer, click Transfer and select a registered SIP account. The call is transferred instantly. You can also use "Send to SIP Device" mode in the Power Dialer so answered calls automatically ring your softphone.
What countries do you support?+
We support 100+ countries including USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Australia, and many more. Check the bot for the full list of available routes and rates.
How is billing calculated?+
Billing is per-second in either 1/1 or 6/6 increments depending on the route. For 6/6 billing, a 7-second call is billed as 12 seconds. You only pay for actual talk time — no monthly fees or minimum commitments.
Can I become a reseller?+
Yes. SpoofGlobal offers a reseller program where you can create sub-users, set your own rates, and manage everything via Telegram. Open @SpoofGlobalResellerBot to get started.
What is the Voice Changer?+
Voice Changer transforms your voice in real-time on any call. Your speech is transcribed by Deepgram AI then re-spoken in a chosen AI voice by Cartesia — the person you call hears a completely different voice. Requires $100+ account balance. Enable it via the mic icon in the Web Dialer header. Choose from hundreds of AI voices and preview them before calling.
What is the difference between the Power Dialer and P1?+
The standard Power Dialer dials one number at a time and connects each answered call to you sequentially. P1 (Parallel Dialer) dials multiple numbers simultaneously and connects the first person who answers — dramatically increasing contact rate for high-volume campaigns. P1 also supports playing pre-recorded messages to answered calls.
