Live Transfer Cap
Maximum number of live transfers to keep on the line at once. When this many leads are currently connected to your agents, the dialer pauses new originations automatically — existing calls keep running, nothing is cancelled. As transfers end and slots free up, dialing resumes on its own. Keeps reps fully utilised without overflowing the queue. Set to 0 for no cap.
AI Voicemail Detection
Real-time AI hangs up the moment a voicemail or screener picks up — saving ~28s per call. 45 languages, ~95% catch rate on English, ~90% globally. Never hangs up on live humans.
Voicemail Language
Language of your recipients — tunes detection to their carriers and accents. 45 languages supported. "Auto-detect (multi)" works for mixed lists but is less accurate than picking the exact language.
